Do go out to clean on Chappy?
Yes, we also work on Chappaquiddick island.

What should I expect during my first visit?
It would be greatly appreciated if you can put away any personal items and clutter so we may optimize our time and your money to thoroughly clean instead of spending too much time picking things up.
Please be honest in your assessment as we are only satisfied when you are.

Who will be cleaning my home?
Your home will be cleaned by a team of  two cleaning professionals, and at times three if we have a business need to justify a 3rd team member.

Do I have to be home when Shine Bright Martha’s Vineyard Cleaning Services come to clean my house?
This is your option. Most people prefer not to be home when we clean. You may give us a key to be safely stored –cleaners are given the keys for each house cleaning appointment before they leave the office each day, and must turn these back at the end of each evening. These keys are returned to the key safe until your next house cleaning service visit.

 Do you guarantee a day and time for my house cleaning appointment?
Shine Bright Martha’s vineyard Cleaning Services ordinarily guarantees a specific day for your house cleaning but not a specific time, due to our flexible and ever-changing schedule, we are unable to commit to a specific time of day for our maids to arrive, however, if you contact us on the day of your cleaning service, we will be glad to estimate the time our maids will arrive. If you need a specific time guarantee, feel free to discuss this with the manager, within reason, we will do our best to reach a mutually agreeable solution.

What if i need to reschedule a house cleaning?
Please calls us the day before and let us know, that way
we can reschedule and fill in the gap with another client.

How shall I pay for my house cleaning?
You may pay by cash or check. Payment is due at time ofservice unless you have made different payment arrangements with the manager. If you do not intend to be at home at the time of your cleaning visit you may choose to either leave cash or a check on the kitchen counter the morning of your house cleaning. Checks are made to Shine Bright MV Cleaning Services.

How do I know I can trust your cleaners?
we pride ourselves on attracting the best cleaners available. We screen our cleaners carefully, we train meticulously, we inspect relentlessly and we insure adequately. We do all this so that you can have thehighest confidence to trust our cleaners with the care of your home. We are also known for being a company that pays our cleaners well. We treat them with respect and dignity.

Do I need to provide house cleaning products or equipment?

We provide all house cleaning products and equipment, so you never need to worry about replenishing your supply for our cleaners. If you have special house cleaning products you want the cleaners to use, please be sure to discuss this with our manager in advance, so that we can properly instruct the cleaners.

Do you have a atisfaction guaranteed policy?
Yes! Your satisfaction is our top priority. If ever you find that we did not meet your expectations, we want to know.  Your feedback, be it positive or negative, is valuable to our business! We have an outstanding reputation with our customers.

How does Shine Bright Martha’s Vineyard Cleaning Services come up with their pricing?
Please note that every home is different. There are several factors that we base our prices on, such as: the
size of the home, time, pets, children, distance and condition of the home. There is also difference in pricing depending on how often we clean your home for instance, a weekly cleaning will be less money than a monthly cleaning because homes tend to get dirtier after a longer period of time has elapsed. We recommend cleaning your home at least twice a month and possibly weekly depending on the complexity of your home.

What if we have pets?

We love pets and hopefully they’ll love us too.

Are you licensed?
Yes, Shine bright Martha’s Vineyard Cleaning Services is licensed to conduct business in the state of Massachusetts.

Are you insured against any damages?
Shine Bright Martha’s Vineyard Cleaning Services is fully insured. We take extreme precautions to ensure that objects do not get broken, however accidents do sometimes happen. We will always care for and respect your home and possessions, but in the unlikely event that something becomes damaged or destroyed as a result of our cleaning, we will make every effort to repair or, if necessary, replace the item. We will inform you of what has happened as soon as possible. When appropriate, insurance claims will be filed.

What type of training do your housekeepers receive?
All housekeepers must have cleaning experience prior to being sent out in the field. In addition, each house cleaner goes through a thorough background check. After a person is hired, they are personally trained by the owner of Shine Bright Martha’s Vineyard Cleaning Services to ensure that they are competent, courteous and trustworthy and friendly.
